PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CBC2 is a metallic ceramic coating designed to be used on either cast iron or aluminum combustion chamber surfaces. CBC2 is formulated to be used in all engines, both 2 and 4 stroke as well as Rotary’s. CBC2 provides a hard, durable thermal barrier overlay to any component. Provides reduced part temperature, resistance to detonation, increased combustion chamber efficiency. More efficient oxidation of fuel also occurs, leading to increased power output. CBC2 allows minimal transfer of heat through the coated surface thus reducing part operating temperature as well as reducing the load on the cooling system. May be formulated with additional fillers to increase wear or abrasion resistance. REQUIRES OVEN CURING.

Maintains adhesion at base metal temperatures in excess of the temperature at which aluminum melts.
*HIGHLY RESISTANT TO THERMAL SHOCK
Survives cyclic heating and cooling.
*DURABLE SEMI-RIDGID
Survives impact, as well as expansion and contraction without separating from the base metal.
*RESISTS DETONATION
Reduces the tendency of an engine to experience detonation.

Allows the protected part to experience leaner fuel conditions without damage at levels beyond what the part could normally handle.
CBC-2
CBX
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CBX is a metallic ceramic coating designed to be used on combustion chamber surfaces. CBX is formulated to be used specifically in engines utilizing either, Nitrous oxide, a Supercharger or Turbocharger. Similar to CBC2 which should be used in all other applications. CBX provides a hard, durable thermal barrier overlay to any coated component. Provides for reduced part temperature, resistance to detonation, increased combustion chamber efficiency. More efficient oxidation of fuel also occurs, leading to increased power output. CBX allows minimal transfer of heat into the coated surface thus reducing part operating temperature as well as
reducing the load on the cooling system. Extremely effective in these high power, high fuel volume engines.
